1. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using Peptide Relay (“Relay”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Relay. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement where you live.

2. Accounts and private workspaces

• Keep your sign-in credentials secure and your account information accurate.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Do not place emergency information or information requiring clinical monitoring in Relay.
• Relay is not an electronic health record and is not offered as a HIPAA-covered service.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Relay to:

• Break the law, facilitate unsafe activity, or violate another person’s rights.
• Sell, source, prescribe, or promote controlled, unapproved, counterfeit, or misbranded products.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape at unreasonable scale, or bypass Relay’s security or access controls.
• Impersonate another person, submit deceptive content, or manipulate Community signals.
• Upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to use.

We may restrict or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect Relay, its users, or the public.

4. Your content and Community contributions

You retain ownership of private workspace content you create. You give Relay the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to you.

If you intentionally submit content to a public or Community surface, you permit Relay to host, reproduce, format, moderate, and display it for operating and improving that surface. Do not submit identifying or confidential information to public contributions. Relay may remove content that violates these Terms or its moderation standards.

5. Relay+ and payments

Relay’s educational library remains free. Relay+ is a paid private workspace plan. Recurring plans renew until canceled. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, cancellation, refunds, downgrades, and Founder terms are described in the Subscription and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Reaching a checkout success page does not itself grant access; Relay waits for verified payment confirmation.

6. Founder recognition and lifetime access

Founder is recognition for an early supporter, not ownership, equity, employment, governance, or a promise that Relay will operate forever. “Lifetime” means access to the included non-metered Relay+ workspace features for the operating lifetime of the Relay service. Metered or usage-based services—including Ask Relay—are not included unless a future offer expressly says otherwise.

7. Relay content and third-party sources

Relay’s software, design, original writing, organization, and branding are protected by applicable law. Source-linked research remains subject to its original publisher’s terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for context; Relay does not control or endorse them.

8. Service changes and availability

Relay is an evolving public-alpha service. Features may change, pause, or end. We work to preserve private workspace data and provide export, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent storage. Keep copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

Relay is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Research may be incomplete, uncertain, outdated, or corrected later. You are responsible for how you interpret and use information, and you should consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, tax, or other professional decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Ending use and changes to these terms

You may stop using Relay at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. We may update these Terms and will post the new date; material changes will receive reasonable notice when required.
