Relay+ billing
Clear billing rules, cancellation, and work protections.
Relay+ expands private workspace capacity. It does not unlock hidden educational research. If paid access ends, Relay does not delete or hide existing work, and workspace export remains available on Free.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable tax. Checkout shows the full amount before payment. A future offer will not change an already completed lifetime purchase.
Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically at the displayed interval until canceled. Stripe charges the payment method on file at the start of each renewal period. Relay does not currently offer a free trial.
If a price for your recurring plan changes, notice will be provided before the new price applies where required. You may cancel before renewal.
Open My Relay → Billing → Manage billing in Stripe, then cancel the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe or Relay clearly states otherwise. You keep Relay+ access through that date and will not be charged for the next period.
If self-service cancellation is unavailable, email billing@peprelay.com from the address on your Relay account before renewal.
Relay does not automatically issue prorated refunds for unused time or a mid-period cancellation. Duplicate charges, accidental duplicate purchases, technical billing errors, and other genuine mistakes are reviewed fairly. Contact billing support promptly with the account email and charge date.
Refunds required by law remain available. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear. A fully refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or charged-back Founder purchase does not retain lifetime access, Founder recognition, or a Founder number.
If a recurring payment fails, Stripe may retry it and ask you to update the payment method. Relay may provide a short grace state before returning the workspace to Free creation limits. Contact billing support before opening a bank dispute so ordinary billing mistakes can be resolved quickly; this does not limit any rights you have with your card issuer.
Founder is a recognition tier and does not represent ownership, equity, employment, or governance rights.
Lifetime access includes non-metered Relay+ workspace features for the lifetime of the Relay service. Metered or usage-based services are excluded unless expressly included in the published plan terms.
Lifetime access covers the non-metered Relay+ workspace for the operating lifetime of the Relay service. It excludes separately priced, metered, or usage-based services, including Ask Relay. Founder spots are assigned only after verified payment and are limited to 100 completed, non-refunded purchases.
Stripe processes payments and stores payment credentials. Relay grants or changes access only after a signed Stripe event is verified. A browser redirect or screenshot is not proof of payment.
